About this ebook
Zen is a state of mind, beyond duality, transcending the ever flowing thoughts. It is also staying in the now and not carried away by the thoughts of the past and future. It is staying in awareness, knowing what comes into awareness. There might be different paths to reach that state of mind. I take the path of inner work and energy cultivation at a subtle level to reach the state of zen, as the primary approach of this book.
The approach is to alter the reality at a subtle level and seeing its impact at physical and mental levels. It is the path of alchemy. Very clear ways of working at physical and subtle levels have been mentioned. It is a practice manual, that will help a student prepare the mind and body, to feel the subtle reality. With the newly developed awareness, one is guided to work properly at a subtle reality. Gaining access to the subtle reality is gaining access to some part of the blueprint. It is taking life in your hands.
By being in the zen state of mind, one experiences better health at physical and mental levels. It also increases your productivity, many fold times and makes you enjoy your life. It makes you a conscious creator of your reality.

About the Author
Jeyaprakash, being born and brought up in India, explored many esoteric practices, to work at a subtle level to bring about changes in the physical and mental levels. He got into yoga initially for the sake of personal healing. Later on, he was led to explore advanced inner work as he wanted to have mastery over his mind and body.
He has a strong feeling that through inner work, we can achieve a new level of healing and mental clarity. He feels that the physical body has an innate ability to heal itself, if we do not interfere with it, rather facilitate. He even feels that one can increase the state of frequency of the body to such an extent that this transformed body could very well function with very less food or no food. For magical possibilities like this to awaken, the starting point is to transcend the dualistic mind, is what he feels.
He got established in a state of awareness, transcending time and the layers of thoughts of the manifested realities, through inner work. His words will kindle the change and give some pointers for those who are on the path.

Understanding Our Mind
To understand the mind, we have to see it first. May not be, very new. You may know it already. But, lets start again to see how it is now. Close your eyes for a few moments. Observe the mind. Kindly read the next line after observing the mind for a few moments. Do you experience continuous flow of thoughts? Something that was recently in your discussion, some planning for the future, some emotions from the past? So, basically something is running. Now, close your eyes again and see if you can stop those thoughts at your will. Try now. You see, you have no power to do that. This is the basic realisation we need to have now. By the time you complete this book, you shall have a perspective of how this mechanism functions and how to work on yourself and come out of this ever flowing stream of thoughts.
Mind is simple. There is no need of any complex ways of understanding it. It is just flow of information. The still mind (beyond random thoughts) has some additional capabilities. It serves to allow intuitive functioning. It might not be possible to understand or grasp this phenomenon, but you shall experience.
You cannot turn the thoughts on and off at will. With the current way of functioning, considering the state of your mind and body, what you experience now, is your reality. But, you can change your reality and alter how your mind and body functions. This is what I am interested in letting you know through this book. A practical way to work on yourself, to alter yourself and become a New Being.
Mind and body are not independent of each other. They both are directly linked. If you are seeking proof for that, you would have noticed that, at physical level, your digestion, your hunger, elimination, etc., gets disturbed if you are having an emotional ride or a mental disturbance. And everything falls back into balance together, as you relax and let go.
You can work on different levels of your mind and body. The body itself has gross and subtler dimensions to it. Working on physical and subtler dimensions of the body brings about changes in your mind. Working at a subtler level is my favourite approach, for we get results really quick. Moreover, it is not a simple change, it is process of transformation that you go through, when you alter something at the subtle level.
Thoughtless State
Is it possible to be without thoughts? How is it to be in that state? I am sure everyone gets this question. So, lets clarify this, before we go further.
Imagine you are in a movie theater. You are
