However, many know this to be true but do not know how to correctly go about it.
Well, if that is your case, I must congratulate you because starting up the ketogenic world with the air fryer is an amazing way to kick-start. Permit me to highlight some of the numerous benefits of the ketogenic world:

The air fryer has various brands and maker with varying heat and functions. However, their main purpose is the same- a delicious crispy food with little or no oil.

5 bacon strips
Directions
1. Preheat air fryer at 375ºF
2. Place your bacon strips in one layer in your air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes; keep checking to know when it reaches your desired crispness.
3. Dig in with eggs.
Sumptuous Air-Fried Banana Yogurt Bread
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 8 servings (per 1 slice)

Ingredients:
2 medium (12 oz. total) ripe bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup)
3/4 cup (3 oz.) white-whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons (3/4 oz.) toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Cooking spray
Directions
1. Line a round 6-in. baking pan with parchment paper and coat softly with cooking spray.
2. Mix cinnamon, flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl and keep aside. Preheat air fryer to 310°F.
3. In a big bowl, mix your eggs, mashed bananas, yogurt, vanilla, sugar and oil; stir into your dry ingredients of flour mix until well incorporated.
4. Pour your banana batter into the lined pan and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
5. Place your pan into your air fryer and cook for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and browned. Turn pan when cooked halfway.
6. Place bread on a wire rack to cool off before slicing.
