We Need the Devil More Than He Needs us

About this ebook
The Kal Niranjan, who most know and regard as Satan, is the Negative Power and thus exists as the complementary force to the positive energy. Contrary to what most people are taught about the devil, the Kal separates the weed from the harvest, for only the strong and disciplined can see through his illusions. As part of his God-given duty, the Kal has to come up with creative and tricky ways to keep us trapped in his intricate web of illusions, thereby keeping us stuck in the seeming infinite wheel of birth, death, and rebirth. When souls grow and mature spiritually, they slowly begin to see through this carefully woven web and eventually stop being victims of his tricks. Consequently, such souls break free from the chains of this false reality and find their way back home to God. That is the ultimate goal of all soul. The devil was employed by God to throw challenges in our way and test our will, perseverance and strength. Therefore, it is soul’s duty to deploy creative means to solve every challenge that comes its way and turn stumbling blocks into stepping stones. By passing the tests and trials in our everyday life, we begin to surpass and learn from life’s challenges. We, as soul, eventually build a character so strong and an attitude so fine, we become more and more divine. We discover that indeed we have the gifts of freewill and love from God. We become architects of our own destiny, and even more importantly, co-workers with God. Sometimes it takes a heart breaking event to shake soul out of its slumber and begin the spiritual race. Even though we as humans wail at the displeasure and sufferings of life, we as souls, rejoice at the opportunity to find our way back. And eventually we must all come to realize and grasp truth, hence we stop making excuses for our inaction and shoulder responsibility for our actions. In so doing, we become willing tools for the Holy Spirit.
We must understand that the Kal does not seek to destroy or torment us. The devil does not enjoy our pain and suffering. He may indeed need us to fulfill his God-given purpose, but not as a means to satisfy his vile pleasure, as many of us are led to believe. The Kal is a God-realized and loyal agent who is carrying out his duties according to God’s will. He is a co-worker with God, just like many of the masters of the religions of the world. He may be the Negative Power, but he teaches us to build the strength and the wisdom to walk the middle path; to become better instruments of divine love. So you see? We need the devil more than he needs us.
