How I Started My Race

Encouraged to Finish was placed on my heart years ago.  I thought to myself, What a beautiful title, but me Lord?  Being a shy city girl, I wasn’t sure what direction God wanted me to take but I knew I should write so I did.  I’m glad that I heard His voice, was obedient to His command, and was encouraged to start.  Sometimes I can be my worst critic (can’t we all?) but loving God made it easy for me to lace up my shoes and start the race that would become this book.

As you enter into your race or reenter it, I pray each page will provide you with tools to enhance your lives.  This book is meant to encourage and empower you if you are ready for hope, change, and God’s will to be reactivated or activated in your life.  While I am not an expert
