INTRODUCTION

This is Grandma Yarumia and I am going to tell you some interesting stories from a book called The Holy Bible. The Holy Bible is a book that mostly talks about God and how He gets along with us, His creation.

GOD

When we go to church we learn about God, who He is and what he wants of us His creation.

God is our loving Father Who lives in heaven. He cares for us and loves us.

God created us and everything else in this world and that means we totally depend upon Him for everything.

God sees everything we do and He knows all things because he can see us from heaven.

God is powerful and can do anything. We can talk to our heavenly Father about anything.

Talking to God is called Praying

No one has seen God, We cannot see God because he lives in heaven, but we know He is always there looking out for us and protecting us.

We are called God’s Children because He made us in His own image, which means He made us to look like Him.

black.jpg God has a Son called Jesus. Jesus was also directly involved in creation and that He was with His Father in the beginning when the world was being created. He helped in creating the world and everything that is in it.

Jesus once came and lived on earth for some time then He went back to Heaven after His time for living on earth came to an end.

THE STORY OF CREATION

HOW GOD MADE THE WORLD

This story is about how God made the world. Once upon a time long, long, long, long time ago God made the world.

First God made the Heavens and the Earth, but the earth was not well shaped and it was empty. There was nothing on it except that the whole earth was covered with water and it was very, very dark.

Even so, the Spirit of God moved on the surface of the water

THE SIX DAYS OF CREATION

God then decided to create the world and make it more beautiful. It took Him only six days to create this beautiful world.

Remember that the whole face of the earth was covered by water and it was still very dark all over the earth.

God then spoke with a loud voice from heaven over the earth, and He said:

Let there be light and boom! There was light on the face of the earth,
