Though he was still in hot pursuit of academic excellence, Itoro Abasiene resigned as a senior technologist/ instructor in the university to answer a call to full time ministry. He has been privileged to serve as a missionary in Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia and has travelled extensively to minister in African countries and Europe .He has established Churches in many countries across Africa He is the founder and president of Overcomers Faith Ministries international and the Presiding Bishop of Overcomers Faith Chapel in Lusaka, Zambia. He is also the chairman of the Itoro Abasiene ministries which is geared towards making a difference in the life of the less privileged in the society. He is also the founder of Overcomers Faith Academy. Itoro is commissioned to make all men see and has the ability to motivate people to raise their level of expectation. He will cause your attitude to become positive and your self-esteem and confidence will grow. He is sure to inspire and challenge you. Itoro is a life coach, a sort after conference speaker and educationist. Itoro is married and they are blessed with two children Mfonabasi and Imaobong Towela and currently living in Lusaka Zambia.

CHAPTER ONE

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS

Therefore thus smith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste. Isaiah 28:16 (KJV)

The strength and the life span of any building is determined by its foundation. A building without a solid foundation is not going to last long no matter how beautiful it may look. The mere blowing of wind will bring it down. Likewise success that is not built on a sure foundation is transient

Psalm 11:3 if the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?

It is possible to be successful by doing just anything and anyhow. Success could come in divers ways such as by diabolical means by labour (Proverbs 13:4, 11) and by fraud (Jeremiah 17:11) like armed robbery or stealing. But such success only last for a brief period because it is based on vanity and comes with sorrows and problems But the Bible talks of another dimension of success that is classified as good success Joshua 1:8

True and lasting success is rooted in God and in his word. He gives you success and grace to enjoy it as well. You are not only successful in the works of your hands, but in every area of your life. True success has all round guarantee and security it makes rich and add no sorrow. Proverbs. 10:12

God is a successful God who takes pleasure in the prosperity or success of His people (Psalm.35:27) Job 36:11 and He is equally committed to teaching you how to go about being successful.Isaiah.48:17

The foundation for true and lasting success is God and His word. The word is the light that shatters the darkness of failure, giving you the understanding that brings success. No wonder the psalmist prayed:

Open mine eyes that I may behold wondrous thing out of thy law.

You need the opening of your eyes to the secret of success that contained in the word of God because revelation is the backbone of divine success. Apostle Paul Said, I went up by revelation . . . Galatians 2:2. That means revelation is your access to the topmost top in life.
