About this ebook
I consider myself to be the luckiest guy in the world because Im living the life I want to live. Im 70 years old. Im still involved in a career I love and Ive been able to structure that career so I can stay in as long as I wish. It allows me to take time to stay healthy, travel, and follow-up on hobbies and things that Im passionate about. This is the result of a four-step planning process that I began 15 years ago.

Ray has authored four books on effective college planning including, How to Plan for College: An Advisor’s Guide to Acquiring New Clients and Profitable Assets, which was released by The National Underwriting Company in 2007. His most recent book, The Luckiest Guy in the World, describes a process for imagining and implementing a New Retirement Paradigm. Ray is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisory Representative with United Planners Financial Services of America, Member FINRA and SIPC. Ray holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). My Paradigm Shift
I am the luckiest guy in the world! I travel several times a year to fascinating places, I have developed (no pun intended) a hobby in photography and won prizes for my photos. I am
