I thank God for the revealed knowledge of His word, the principles of the Kingdom of God which I have lived by and believed. To my Aged father (Chief Joseph A Adenigba), who always sang to me the essence of tithe as a family of Anglican since my teenage years up till this day.

My family, this book is dedicated to you for the time you allowed me to write and prepare for the church teachings, Makungu my wife thank you for the understanding, Damola, Ore and the unborn Andrew you are all blessed miracles in our life.

Concerning this book I cannot explain it but to acknowledge the working of the Holy spirit of God in me to reduce the revelations to writing. I acknowledge the opportunity to serve as a church leader at the AFM Shekinah, Hilbrow, Johannesburg. With Pastor N Joseph, Dr S Adebiyi and Brother Johnson; we worked selflessly at this local Assembly under the guardianship of Apostle H. Meyers.

My role for over 10years was to announce church programs and services, and to take offerings and tithes which engaged me in scripture readings to teach congregation to faithful seed sowing and obedience to tithe. Many occasions I was entrusted to take offerings and I marveled, seed sowing became a part of me and I experienced the harvest and the connection it made for me, that is, opening doors to great places and people.

Pastor M. Aluko of His Faithful and Alive Ministry made a choice of my ministry in teaching Finance and Investment to a Pastors and Leaders conference in Uganda, Kenya and Malawi. My writings for the spiritual side of financial investment are reflected in the chapters of the book, particularly urging pastors to be obedient to tithe both at their church and to the head church.

KOMNET international President Pastor Tony Olukoyede, a friend since the high school days, his invitation to speak annually at KOMNET conference has added value to the volume of the manuscript. The book titled ‘Can Pastors Steal Church Money?’ written by Aposptle Ladi Loyd-Kuyinu, I read the book to infer his perspective of church’s offerings, seed and tithe.

The teachings on obedience by Apostle Hennie Meyers over the years from AFM Bez Valley days cannot be overlooked, he’s been a father spiritually and A Paul of this generation. I remember the greatest connection I had when he accepted to visit Nigeria for the first time and during the visit we toured Canaan Land and by divine arrangement we met Bishop Oyedepo in the company of Pastor Tony, a divine connection by seed to the Apostle’s travel.

To my editorial team, though we struggled initially but it was a good start and thank you, our editorial consultant, Pastor (Mrs.) Folake Adejuyigbe, brought her experience and it has helped much in finalizing the manuscript to a book. Enjoy reading.

And God said, Let the earth put forth [tender] vegetation: plants yielding seed and fruit trees yielding fruit whose seed is in itself, each according to its kind, upon the earth. And it was so. The earth brought forth vegetation: plants yielding seed according to their own kinds and trees bearing fruit in which was their seed, each according to its kind. And God saw that it was good (suitable, admirable) and He approved it. (Genesis 1:11, 12 AMP)

Now the meaning of the parable is this: The seed is the Word of God. (Luke 8:11). The understanding of sowing and reaping as a kingdom principle is vital for mankind as it contains the principles through which provision is made for our
