As l reflect on my Christian journey, especially the revelational knowledge contained in this book, I think I honestly owe it as a duty to appreciate all those God has graciously brought my way to instill, challenge and expand this doctrine of tithe. My appreciations go to the leadership and membership of The Living Truth Church, Warri, especially the Sunday School Department where I was exposed to the fundamental truths about tithe. Their firm conviction on the biblical teaching on tithe and their strict adherence to all workers’ faithful commitment to tithing helped to strengthen my conviction on tithe. But my greatest exposure to the biblical teaching on tithe came when I was given the task of writing on the topic: Biblical Priesthood in Word Exploration Ministry of Rainbow Christian Assembly, Effurun. In my research on this topic, I had the conviction to teach on tithe as an aspect of the believers’ priesthood responsibilities. What you have in this book is an expansion of the teaching I did in Rainbow Christian Assembly. I’m grateful to Pastor Dan Anwan and every member of Word Exploration Ministry for their confidence in me. In my work as a pastor in the few churches I had pastored, Pastor Dan Anwan was the first person the Lord used in speaking to me on the need to commit my thoughts and teachings in books. His sincere words of inspiration and encouragement have given birth to my book ministry at God’s appointed time. It has been awhile we’ve seen but your good memories still live in me. I love you and your family. God bless you. You are one out of a million.

My appreciations also go to my students of the Bible Schools where I taught for ten years. They were actually the first persons to draw my attention to the debate on tithe going on at that time in Warri and Uvwie on one of the programs on Delta Rainbow Television, Warri. I hope this book help to bring my readers the answers to the several questions that debate had generated in their minds. My gratitude goes to Pastor Blessing Ogagaoghene for proofreading the manuscript, Pastor Rosemary Achioyamen for her numerous encouragements, Bro Dan Oteri and his family for standing with us through the thick and thin of time.

The Oraekwugha’s family, ohhh! What a blessing you are to me and my family! I and all my readers are sincerely grateful to the entire family members of Mr. Christopher and Mrs. Theresa Oraekwugha for hosting us during our trials. The finishing of this book was done in their home. We love and highly appreciate your persons. Words are not enough to express our gratitude. My prayer is for the good
