About this ebook
Handu Hurgus was an engineer who had a masters degree in physics. Handu believed the lives lost in war was senseless, and he knew there was a better way. He believed the world could solve its own problems.. where world courts settled the big issues, not wars. No, the end to these wars was near. Handu read all of the history books in school, and he came to the conclusion that one day he would begin a New World government.
When Handus grandfather died, Handus dream of starting a world government became a reality when billions of dollars were left to him. In fact, it was thanks to his grandfather that Handu had in fact become the richest man in the world.
If it was not for his family and friends by his side, Handu couldnt have accomplished his dream. With years creating and perfecting his New World government, Handu ended up bluffing the world to surrender to him. To surrender to his world government he built on an uncharted island located somewhere in the Pacific Ocean.

I was born at the time of Buck Rogers. Since that time, I always dreamed I could be like him. What Buck Rogers wrote about was science fiction – a reality impossible at that time, but not impossible as a reality at a future date and time. Technology just had to catch up to make what Buck Rogers wrote about a reality. Science fiction now is not like science fiction in the past. Science fiction now is on second base, way out of ever becoming a reality. I will in my writings now and in the future explain to my readers that certain items in my novels are included in the novel just for “color” to make my novels more interesting. 1. I will try to inspire the reader’s mind to get him or her away from their mundane life of the corporate world, the newspapers, magazines, love stories, and television. 2. The object of my novels will be to get my readers to think and to dream, to expand their thinking to the unknown, and to try something new, making their lives more exciting. 3. I started writing this book 25 years ago and finished it in September, 2001. I decided shortly after the September 11th terrorist attack on the twin towers in New York City that this was the wrong time to have this book published. However, after giving it great thought, it probably would have been a good time for the following reasons: 1. It’s science fiction that takes place in the year 3032 2. The new government would solve the problem the world faces today….the terrorist threats. This would be done by elimination of the nations we know today. In the new world in the year 3068, the world would be broken up into territories. When citizens of the New World are asked where they are from, their answer will be “I am from the world #020 northern hemispheres.” These territories will be like the United States of American duplicated many times depending on the number of territories on the New World. Wars and disputes in this new world would be solved in Territorial Courts or in the New World Courts. 3. This new world would be created without a loss of life of even one person. Rod Sydney Brant

The New World Capital on Atol #200
A man made island built around Atol #200.
1. Size of island—300 miles long, 200 miles wide
2. Reason created—Built by Handu and his delegation as an act of love and respect for the world’s people as an award for their cooperation in completion of the five phases after the surrender. A new development that had never been tried before which is now a world of peace and tranquility… not war upon wars.
3. This new world capitol is unique. The best known architects and contractors in the world designed and constructed the capitol. When one looks at the capitol, it would look like an Atlantis reborn. The best of ancient Greece, Rome, Egypt, and modern architectural integrated in the design in building this city. The magnificent columns, pools, parks, and arenas of ancient Greece, and the glory of Rome and Egypt were built into the design of the new world capitol.

Pre-Log Introduction
Year 3000
Handu Hurgus inherited a vast fortune from the huge holdings of the late Altos Hurgus, Handu’s grandfather. He was the richest man in the world. The Altos Matter Reducing Frequency Modulating Machine
was well known all over the world.
Handu was an electric engineer
. He also had a master’s degree in advanced physics. Handu was 32 years old, married with no children. His wife, Minus, was not only beautiful, but also an electronics engineer. Minus won more than one beauty pageant. Her beauty was astounding. She held more patents in her life than her husband, and was known in the world for her expertise in the electronics field.
Handu and his family lived in a beautiful penthouse on Skyline Heights. Skyline Heights was a housing development suspended on a permanent magnetic line of force field just below the clouds in the sky. This force keeps the house, gardens, streets, patios, and sign posts permanently five miles in the sky. The only way one could reach these houses in the sky is by Horos Jeto Car.
Handu was happy with his family, his job, and also his social status with the community. There was not anything in his life that Handu wanted more than he already had.
The inheritance of billions of dollars later in his life from his grandfather changed his life forever, and also changed the fate of the world. His lifetime dream could now become a reality now that he had the finances. Handu’s dream would now become reality, to force the world to unite and form a world government.
Handu As a Boy
It was June 10th, 3018 and it was Handu’s tenth birthday. The place was Lake Selok in upper New York State.
Handu’s father, Altos, decided that morning at exactly 8:00 a.m. to take the family station wagon and rough it. He took Handu and his brother Altos Jr. to their family cottage located on the foremost northern region of Silok Lake in upper New York state.
Handu sat with Altos Jr in the back seat and Handu sat next to his father in the front seat. The reason Handu sat Altos in the back seat was because of his weight and height. Altos was 6 ½ feet tall and tipped the lever (scale) at 250 pounds. Altos Jr at 39 with his blond hair already turning gray, was a history professor at New York State College in New York City. He never married, preferring to remain single.
It was now 1 p.m. as the
