All proceeds from this book will be given to a fund for Moms Who Lost Children/Good Grief. This is a site established by author Becky Lock in 2005 for mothers who have lost children, as she has. These moms come together for two weekends a year, and Lock has tried to make these weekends the most special time in their lives. They have given their best back to God, and these journeys are all part of her journey to Christ and a tribute to her moms and their love. Lock plans to use these funds to help give that love back to them.

Becky Lock

Becky Lock was born in Mount Dora, Florida, and now resides in Beaufort, South Carolina. She taught elementary physical education for twenty-five years and has been married for thirty-seven years to David Lock. She has one son living in heaven, and two children residing in South Carolina. Becky loves her Lord above all. She enjoys spending her time on the backwaters of Beaufort, where the katydids live.

This dedication, is a very special one

A dear and special friend has guided me for many years on my walk to the Lord. She has encouraged me with her godly counsel, and has even reprimanded me when scripture called for it! Her home is always open; her refrigerator is never empty; and she makes the best vegetable soup around.

Her life, as all who know her can testify, is a blank sheet of paper that she willingly fills out for the Lord.

So, for the many times I’ve shed tears with you, and had to take a bathroom break with you, and for the many times I’ve listened to your wise counsel, I thank my dear sister in the Lord, Edie Vucish, from Aiken, SC, who has given me the best example of how to be a blank sheet of paper for the Lord, in my own life!
