Lilibat is a place of magic. It is also a multifarious of people, places, ideas, change and caring for all and not just for humans. The Ocean is a beautiful place but everyone knows the tragedy that Lilibat people have endured due to ignorance, not caring and down right abuse of the ocean. Lilibat is a caring community of a variety of people who help each other and not just in an hour of need. The past haunts everyone in more ways than one and changes need to be worked on for the better for all.
Lilly-Bell is heavily involved even though to start she doesnt know it and gets herself into some awkward situations. In this array of peoples lives there is sadness, Happines and many different decisions to be considered by all. It doesnt stop there though. The third book is full of missions and escape, frightening times just like this one.

Jayne Belinda Allen

Jayne Belinda Allen was born in Crickowell, Wales in 1958. Her father was in the Army and so travelled to many parts of the world. Her sister was born in Hong Kong and her brothers were born in different places in England. She went to nine different schools in her lifetime. She actually achieved some qualifications to boot. In her teens, she studied at Walsall Art College England. As time went by, she also studied at Walsall Technology College, Bourneville College Birmingham, and South Birmingham College. Her thirst for writing became apparent when she became Public Relations Officer for Walsall Synchronized Swimming Club. She also promoted the Club in local libraries across the West Midlands and was awarded a trophy for her outstanding work. She first worked as a Book-Keeper and then worked for many decades in the caring profession from carer, to Senior Physiotherapy Assistant, to mental health support worker, voluntary sector and achieved a Synchronized Swimming Assistant Teachers Certificate. Her poems have been entered into anthologies and won prizes. Her art work to date, including her craft creations have won many prizes, mostly first and the occasional second and third in the Nuneaton Festival of Arts. At present, she resides in Warwickshire.
