DEDICATION

There was a man who walked the face of the Earth 2000 years ago who came to teach us universal laws and principles. The things I have learned written in this book came from discipleship to Him, Jesus Christ.

At His death, Jesus’ persecutors mocked Him by placing a crown of thorns upon His head, but He never wavered in His beliefs for our sake. He endured till the end so that I (and you) may know what it is to have abundant and everlasting life. Perhaps that is why I am drawn to pageants—crowns innately remind me of what Jesus did.

Therefore, I dedicate this book to my Heavenly Father, who sent His son Jesus Christ to us, who is King. My Heavenly Father is my relationship of inspiration—and the crowning winner inside of me—for it is through Him I draw my strength.

Principle #1: Build a core foundation of achieving goals by respecting yourself, others, and the Earth

Getting started… When I studied for certification as a life coach it taught the qualities one should posses as a teacher; how to be relatable to others, and a few general principles that could be applied towards achieving goals. What it did not teach was a strategy or a specific how to guide that would enable me to teach a formula to help others achieve their dreams. It was disappointing because I realized if I wanted to be inspirational I would have to design my own plan and I did not know where to begin. I felt unprepared and underqualified. It wasn’t easy because I had to think through what has made me a positive person.

When I began brainstorming and was able to start writing a preliminary outline, I became enlightened as to why the university I attended structured teaching the life coaching series in this manner. It is because achieving dreams is a personal journey. We each stand alone with our own vision; our visions varying, but what may be in sync universally is the connection we have to ourselves, each other, and the Earth. It is how we care for these relationships that enables us to achieve our dreams.
