How can we live in greater harmony with all our personal relations? How can we embody genuine compassion? How can we become increasingly aware and self-reflective? How can we deepen our humility? How can we share our talents and gifts as a way to influence our culture and help manifest the new paradigm? How can we be of service to life, and positively contribute to the whole? How can we cultivate a balance of being and doing, receptivity and action?

On this diverse planet, we all have different strengths, different abilities, different callings. Rather than looking to the world to show us our path, we need to look deep within our spiritual being and listen to our inner sense of how to navigate these times of the great unknown.

It is essential we learn to hear the voice of our inner wisdom, our spiritual self. No one can give us wisdom; it is within all of us, born of our own direct experience. We each have our own direct connection to our spirit, and we must keep learning how to hear our divine, intuitive directives, whispering within. Th is ability to hear the voice of our inner guidance is the most practical skill we can cultivate in these times. It is what will inform us to how to synchronize in the right place at the right time.

What Is Spirituality,

The term spirituality can be perceived as religion, but it goes far beyond religion. Religion and a person’s personal beliefs, play a vital role when embarking on a spiritual awakening and journey. A common misconception with most people is you need to have supernatural powers to receive dreams, visions or unexplained messages from a spiritual source, this is the farthest thing from the truth. Quite often receiving a message from a spiritual source is a common occurrence in our society but the recognition of the message, and or understanding the value of the incidents occurring may not be understood. There is nothing supernatural about these spiritual abilities at all and all the spiritual gifts are attainable by all who seek them out. Spirituality is the ability to connect and co exist with all life forms, and all spiritual beings.

Spirituality is achieving balance and harmony between both the physical body and the spiritual body, to encourage growth with the intention of advancement. The spiritual body is also referred to by many as your soul. Many lifetimes maybe experienced by the soul, until the soul has gathered enough skills to experience an old soul form. A soul can live in many life forms before each old soul requirement is met, and before the soul evolves. A soul will experience many rebirths as well as deaths in the world’s life forms and all advancements must be earned to the attainment level of growth required for each life form achievement. Life forms will be repeated when requirements are not met for the spiritual being. The ultimate desired destination for the soul is to evolve into the spiritual world as a Spirit Guide an independent soul who can live in the spiritual world independently without any need for other attachments.

A soul can lay dormant in a physical body for an entire lifetime and never be activated. Souls who do not awaken throughout a physical life are referred to as a sleeper soul. The soul can assist the physical person without being realized. Everyone receives knowledge, and can interrupt the information received differently. We are all unique individuals regardless of if the soul is in the spiritual sense or the physical sense. When the physical body starts to understand the living soul within, this recognition is what will begin the onset of your hidden talents. How spiritual you are or what talents you have, will depend upon how far you are willing to go in this life to attain physical and spiritual growth. Many lessons will come from the spiritual soul who joins your physical body as the soul has evolved from previous life forms of varying abilities. Death is just a phase for the soul, as once the body dies; the soul remains spiritually in tack taking the lessons learned with the soul to the next lifetime for the soul which can vary depending on the souls attainted level of ability for the next stage in the souls life.

A soul can get stuck in the same repetitive life forms due to failure to meet the requirements of the spiritual, or physical life being experienced. This is usually due to some form of blockage in the processing or discernment abilities of the physical person as well as the spirit, or soul which may be mental, emotional or any physical actions, which may or may not be understood by the spirit correctly. A common mistake for the physical person and the spirit is to confuse spiritual skills for human skills that represent basic instincts, urges and needs which is considered primal behavior from a physical being.

Some people are spiritually gifted from birth and live their lives in harmony. Not only with their spiritual connection but also as a compliment to the physical. This type of spiritual awareness from birth with a lifetime continuance is extremely rare indeed. I have had to deal with many conflicting and confusing issues, which go hand in hand when working within the spiritual field. We all have different values, beliefs, and lifestyles and have been subjected to some form of conformity. As a spiritual worker, I have a variety of values and beliefs. Some will be strongly religious while others will have a very different viewpoint and would have formed my own set of beliefs and values in regards to the heavenly world.

Often a person will experience the spiritual connection after an accident or injury such as a blow to the head. The injury causes the third eye to open and this is where spiritual visions are seen. Because the third eye has been open by the accident, not all who are given the opportunity choose to develop this experience any further. During this time an accidental opening of the spiritual channel will cause the person to experience a vast range of emotions and mental attitudes. Misunderstanding of what is occurring will cause the person to suffer with bouts of confusion as well as questioning their mentality state. Some may not be able to accept the experience of the spiritual opening and feel that they are truly going crazy. As a rule if you’re questioning your mental abilities to find reasoning then you can put yourself at ease because you’re perfectly normal. It is those who don’t question, recognize or have realization of changing events that would have a cause for concern to there mental health. I still struggle with this myself.

Near Death Experiences will also be a great influence to a person to connect to there spirituality. Sadly, for most, it’s the death of a love one that leads them to a path of spirituality. To accept the passing and to explore what the afterlife connections a person wishes to achieve with love ones who have passed. These are just some examples of how a spiritual connection can be opened. Many dismiss the relative signs of what there experience has showed them. Some may feel they cannot cope with any dramatic changes in there current life. While others just can’t understand what they have experienced because there brain and mental attitudes fail to interpret or perceive the events in a way that it can be understood by there mental reasoning. A person can live their entire life not choosing to connect with the soul or spirituality in anyway. There are many factors why we all make different choices and if a person chooses not to connect with their soul; it is possible they will live life without ever knowing their spirituality. This does not mean that the soul cannot influence the physical person. A spirit never forgets their true origins or mission for living on this earth. They have many undetected ways where they can interact with the physical person. One of the main ways of contacting is through dreams, although it goes undetected by most. Have you ever felt the sense of danger, or just a feeling that something is not right? This is your soul at work. Although the soul will make contact with you undetected, it will not force itself upon you. Evidently, it is your choice to choose to listen or ignore your physical signals or urgings from your spirit.

The whole structure of life is a learning experience for the soul. The chapters in this book may assist you to develop your spiritual side. These chapters will also give you essential tools to deal with many issues that you will face in the material world. If you think this will all happen on a whim, with out developing the appropriate skills properly, you will be sadly mistaken and would have wasted a lot of your valuable time. There’s no quick fix to developing your spirituality, and it is always important that your achievements will be the result of the effort you put into it. Everyone prefers one sense out of sight, hearing, touch, feeling, emotions and intuition. When you are developing your spiritual side, it is most common that your learning experience will come from a variety of senses. Most likely, you will rely on one sense more than other senses, although from time to time all your senses will come into play. For example you may prefer sight; it is most likely you will receive images or vivid messages through dreams. If you prefer touch, you are more likely to learn through feelings. An intuitive person will simply know the information, without it taking any specific form or realization of where there information has come from. You will most likely receive some information through every form of the senses regardless of your
