I, May Diab, was born, in the city of Ramallah, which was Jordan at that time. In, 1963, my family and I, immigrated to the United States of America. As a young girl, I have always had a, special love for the Lord, Jesus Christ. I, remembered, my mother, telling me to pray and go to sleep! I replied, with the little knowledge, that I had at that age, and said to her, "Jesus died for me; I want to pray to Him. The Lord, always came through, after, praying for certain things, in the name of Jesus! Amen! Glory to God! As, I grew into my teen years, The Lord, put Christians, in my path. My dear friend, Melodie Watts (now Melodie Paulsen) and Theresa Smith (now Theresa Day), her father was a Pastor. I remember that Melodie, gave me a New Illustrated International Bible, The Way, for my birthday gift. I began reading and understanding the Word of God, in a different aspect. Theresa's father, the Pastor, took us to see the Cross and the Switchblade, which made a tremendous and inspiring impact, on my spiritual life. At the end of the movie, everyone start hugging each other, I panicked and ran, and hid in the bathroom. I was shaking and didn't know what to do! I, as a Christian Arab, lived a very conservative life. No dating before marriage, no kissing or hugging, anyone from outside! I loved and respected, my mother so much, that I wanted her to always be proud of me! I thought, to myself, I would become impure, if some boy hugged me! Today, I laugh at my lack of knowing about Christian fellowship. I lost both of my parents, within a very short period of time. But, the Lord, gave me man of every woman’s dream. In September of 1985, I married my wonderful, husband Dr. Michel Diab, of twenty seven years, after lots of prayer and asking, God to choose, my husband for me! What a blessing! Prayer really does have power, may His will be done! I have been blessed with three beautiful children, Georgette, Shadi, Nijmeh and a wonderful son-in-law Shadi Abboud. My husband and I, definitely, complete each other. I witness to anybody, anywhere, and whenever and He is truly blessed with teaching the word of God!

I want to give all Glory to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, His inspiration, salvation, love and grace. Amen

Woken up, many nights, from my deep sleep, through the Holy Spirit, to get up and write a poem!

The words just came out without me having any control. Many times, I would start, tearing and asking God, My Lord, Why me? I don’t deserve any of this privilege at all! He answered in a whisper My Grace is sufficient enough for you

I had no intention of printing any books, whatsoever, but, God works in mysterious ways.

Through lots of prayer, tears and sleepless nights, I asked the Lord to give me peace, and He did!

My heart’s desire is to reach those who are spiritually lost, and have not yet, come to know, Jesus Christ, as their personal Savior!

Heavenly Father, I come to you with all humbleness, that you use these poems to touch, the hearts and lives, of all, those who are in need! May you be glorified, through these poems and that your name be lifted above all names. I ask, this all in the name of Jesus Christ Amen!

Special thanks, to my dear sister Nabila Babcock, for encouraging me, to publish these poems.

I, dedicate this book of poems, to my husband, Doctor Michel Diab, my children, Georgette, Shadi and Nijmeh, who are all precious gifts from God! Blessed, by the best.

The Right Fellowship!

Dear, brothers and sisters in Christ, we will always, need each other to grow!

Trying to relate, spiritually to others, will get you nowhere, you know!

Be confident and sure, that the, love for the Lord, in them, will help you, to mature!

We learn from our mistakes, which will edify us, and make us stronger and pure!

The best remedy, for each believer, is running to Jesus, which is definitely the best cure!

Many trials, temptations, hardships, and struggles, you will, have to sometimes bare!

But, no worry, oh ye, God’s beloved, just call out to Jesus, He will always be there!

Give Him all you sorrow, and your secrets, with Him, everything, you can share!

He will never, put you down, or condemn you, you are so precious in His sight!

The Lord will protect you always, with all His strength, power and might!

In Christ, there is no darkness, because, HE IS OUR GLORIOUS, SHINING, LIGHT!

In The Eyes Of A Child!

Reflections of my life, is like, a clear mirror, looking back, at me!

Ripples, in the water, washing up, so many, sweet and precious, memories!

They are, there, for a moment, and then, they are drifted, back into the, deep sea!

My child hood was, like different flavors, of chocolate, sometimes, bitter, and sometimes, sweet!

I would gaze, at the sky, thinking to myself, WOW, God lives, up there, how, extremely neat!

I imagined, Angels, singing, dancing and worshipping, my precious, Lord, and King!

As, a small child, I loved to dance in the warm summer rain, twirling around and oh, how, I loved to sing!

The words, came out, from nowhere, I would sing to Jesus, with no, other care!

It was as if, I were all alone, in the world, and nobody else, was there!

I had, such a sense of peace, as if, He, was watching me, His Holy presence, I felt it, everywhere!

As a young girl, my feelings, thoughts and emotions, I dared, not to share!

At the age of ten, my relationship with Jesus became personal, speaking to Him, knowing that He does care.

I expressed, my feelings, and drew pictures of God and Heaven, and I framed them, here and there!

But, now I’ve grown, to be a woman, who loves, God, the Almighty from the bottom of my heart!

Our, relationship, is inseparable, between my Savior and I, it was true love, from the start!
