Humankind is at the point of taking the evolutionary leap towards a higher level of conscience and existence, where there will be only one law: Love.
We are spiritual beings living a physical experience who have forgotten our origin. It is necessary to awaken from this amnesia, from this dream, which has displaced our conscience. Whoever connects with his inner wealth becomes enlightened; whoever feels the unity with the intimate Self, which provides an incommensurable and indestructible connection, is liberated from the illusion of the mind and remains in the true, in the real, in the valuable, in the sacred.
How beautiful it is to be able to recognize that there exists a way of communicating between ourselves from Self to Self, from the divine which lies within me, with the divine part that is within you, with animals, with plants and with the Whole! The inner encounter, from silence, is conscience liberated from thoughts, creating ineffable inner stillness and peace, which allows us to hear the voice of our own, individual Self.

Foreword

Essential Journey was born as a result of spiritual experiences. Walking towards the acquisition of consciousness, studying and applying the teachings of my spiritual Master Desoto, I discovered unity and wholeness.

Thanks to my beloved husband, Juan de la Cruz Corrales, and his awareness of my mission. He invested himself with the willpower coming from his Real Self, and as a result, this book has come to light. He has generously devoted himself to help in the manifestation of this book because he is completely convinced that its contents will promote the expansion and strengthening of the divine awareness on Earth.

Dedication

I dedicate this book to the supreme Creator and the Divine Hierarchies (see glossary), who gradually and lovingly keep guiding us towards full awareness.

To my beloved Guru, who helped me in the cultivation of my soul for the realization and union with my Self.

PROLOGUE

Mi vida junto al Maestro (My Life by the Master), Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, 1989, was the first book by Irmgard V. Radefeldt Fonck. This was an unsophisticated and profoundly sincere offering of acknowledgement, love and eternal gratitude to Master Desoto and the great work carried out by him for the human and spiritual development of humankind.

Since then, it has rained and thundered, and the sun has shined. Currently the sky boasts a beautiful rainbow, large and bright. And the author of this book offers us again another long-desired literary jewel, deeply human and spiritual, entitled Essential Journey. We feel blessed and extremely fortunate. It is a privilege, for you and for me, to be able to read and enjoy this work and to go into the deepest core of each one by reading and reflecting in its words, expressions and phrases.

Irmgard Radefeldt Fonck is an international lecturer and facilitator of personal growth education. She has been imparting conferences, courses, seminars and workshops since 1984, teaching approaches and several techniques to help us find ourselves, improve our self esteem and carry out psychological works on the unconscious, in our path of spiritual search as human beings.

As we are writing these lines, we already have a catalogue of 450 audio recordings of conferences and interviews in the media (press, radio and television).

Irmgard’s teachings contain striking wisdom that she transmits with eloquence. Her vision is mainly human and multifaceted, approaching a specific situation from different points of view.

Essential Journey has an immeasurable psychological and spiritual depth, a vital and transcendent route from the human to the divine. Always and above all, her intention is to infect and invite the reader to embark on a dynamic and experiential inner path leading to the dropping of masks, in order to discover our own true identity and to reconnect with our own inner self (see glossary); to discover the sacred essence through conscious, intimate, ineffable and magical contact with the Real Self; and from that point to achieve total reconnection. Irmgard does not impose; she suggests. She does not request; she invites. Her offer is not about asking but about getting answers that arise from our own inner selves.

Humans, wandering pilgrims, anxiously seek their own happiness. The distance is not long, but rather a surprisingly short trip towards our own heart. It is not necessary to search outside of us for what God has kept in the most hidden and intimate part of each one of us.

In this process towards self-knowledge, we have to acknowledge who we are, in a full and effective way, totally assuming our whole existence, feeling the gift of life and immense gratefulness for this chance that the heavens give us. It is critical to find again the way back home and to embark on this sure track towards ourselves.

The most exciting challenge and the one we should focus all our energy on is not to just ask ourselves who we are and why we are here, but rather to search for the answers.

It is of paramount importance to achieve harmony through relaxation, meditation, introspection, sacred sound and inner silence; to go beyond mind and thought, reach our own consciousness and hear the voice of our Real Self. In order to move forward, to be able to align our intentions to the objective, it is often necessary to stop and focus. Then, full of renewed energy, enthusiasm and hope, we can take action again.

We invite you to read this book. Go unhesitatingly into the soul and heart of Essential Journey. We suggest you read slowly and reflectively. This is not a science-fiction tale, a holiday novel or a book to read fast in one go. That would do no justice to the depths it contains. This book requires reading and re-reading, breathing in each sentence, each paragraph and each page, with fullest attention, well focused and meditating on each passage.

This is a loving invitation to a beautiful change in our lives, going beyond the mind. The mind is not a rival or an obstacle, but an exciting challenge and a domain to master consciously. The luminous energy of our inner God must fully show and manifest itself in form, thought and matter.

We are not separated from God, not even by mistake or sin. This belief has been the great mistake made by many generations. Now, God offers us the teachings on how to overcome this feeling of separation from ourselves, from Creation and from God.

The love of Father-Mother God to each human creature is so huge that, could we perceive it in its true dimension, it would fill us with giddiness and infinite gratefulness. God and the Divine Hierarchies love us above and beyond any vices, defects or misunderstandings. Despite our mistakes, God is always there, always loves us. And God offers us a great gift, a great treasure. All human beings, by searching inside and finding this treasure, can connect with themselves, with Creation and with God.

The manifestation of God is accessible, simple and uncomplicated, as He-She has shown many times through the history of the planet and of our own lives. Self to Self connection is such a beautiful and seemingly simple teaching that we can do a great good to whomever we send this energy.

Is there anyone who does more good than a saint, a consecrated master or an ascended master? Someone who is devoted to the Divine Plan is someone who is at all times praying; whatever they may be doing, they are always praying, praying for the others or even just praying for the sake of praying. They leave their prayer in the hands of all-knowing God, so that it is multiplied to the umpteenth (nth) potency and, thus reinforced, returned to humankind.

Let us think about the good a saint does in our world. There is always an angel in our life. Saint Frances of Rome (Rome, 1384-1440), a favorite saint of ours, used to talk about her angel with these words: He was incredibly beautiful, with skin whiter than snow and blush redder than the glow of roses. His eyes were always open, looking onto heaven, while his long curly hair was the color of polished gold. His robe reached the floor, bluish white or with reddish glitter. He radiated a huge brightness even during the darkest of nights" (1).

Dr. Efraín Villegas Quintero (1929-2005), Master Desoto, is a living and real testimony of the passing of a true spiritual master through our world; an angel in a physical body. He was able to raise the awareness level of many people, through personal contact as well as through his words and actions. The lives of many people changed, and it would not have been the same without the presence of this great being, a member of the Spiritual Hierarchy who walked in our world and who keeps revolutionizing consciences, crossing dimensions and acting in his body of glory and light, with a power even greater than the one he had before in his physical body.

Essential Journey is an experiential, living and spiritual route. It transports us, step by step, on an itinerary of the soul, a sure path towards the discovery of the exaltation of our own existence, on to the fullness of love manifested in matter—a love that goes beyond the material laws governing this school planet: the ascension of the soul.

In their loving genetic project (see glossary) for this school planet, the Divine Hierarchies foresaw that love should arise from amongst matter and should prevail, win and convince in the end. Even amidst the density of this world and of human personality, the spiritual values of the inner Self (see glossary) and of the soul manage to gradually spiritualize matter and manifest Divinity in materiality, even in the deepest of our feelings, emotions and thoughts—in short, in the whole of our earthly personality.

This is proven in Irmgard’s beautiful and very complete work, whose prologue we have had the pleasure to write. We send this work to the Divine Source that supplies all, so that it fulfills its aim and mission, reaching the conscience and soul of each person populating this planet.

Chapter I

ASCENDING FORCES IN CREATION

Within each soul (see glossary) there is a recorded order: "You must become the maximum you can be. You must evolve until you wholly fulfill what you are." This order lies within each living being, each spark animating life in any of the reigns or realms. If some souls cannot manage to complete their evolution in this world (because our planet is ascending to a new condition), they will have to continue their journey on other planets that still house humanities in evolution. Myriads of souls are transmigrated from one world to another, and so will it happen on our planet.

We are reaching a stage where our world is finishing its task of lodging realms and humanities in evolution and is about to graduate. The planet says: It is time to graduate, to obtain my degree as the spirit of Mother Earth, because I have reached the maximum of what I could be and do. I have fulfilled my mission. And all those beings that have not obtained their degree must continue their evolution because the ascending force cannot be stopped. It is similar to when a baby is being born; there is an uncontainable force that pushes him to a new status, to transformation.

It is impossible for human beings to stop the force of ascension, of evolution, inside of them. However, we are always trying to do it, blocking or resisting this drive that wants to birth us, trying to stop these huge forces inside of us, whose aim is to push us to become the maximum we can be.

So, how do we hinder the execution of these forces inside of us? We do so when we feel this inner rush to do something important, and then fear arises and says: "No, no, no. What if it goes wrong? What if you get criticized? What if you fail?"

These circumstances, which exist in the mind and are negative, mask this inner force that is and will always be with us. All we achieve by this is to retard our own evolution, which means that we will have to be born more and more times until we complete our evolution.

Necessarily, at some point we will actually become what we really are. We are spiritual beings living a material experience; we are spiritual beings who have a mission in this world. This mission must be fully carried out, just like the seed of a huge tree has this recording inside of it that tells it: "You must become the maximum you can be: bear fruit, remain despite storms and hurricanes, let people climb onto you and take your fruits."

And this tree will complete its mission, unless the circumstances do not allow it, as in the case of atrophied trees, trees that are mistreated or cut down, or even trees that fall down and cannot complete their evolution. And so it happens with human beings.

Peace and inner bliss come to each soul that has executed this wonderful internal order. Then they can feel and know what it is that they must be, and they do what they must do, and they complete what they had to achieve. All this provides gratitude, immense satisfaction, bliss and inner joy which cannot be
