About this ebook

This book, The Days of Mankind was initially drafted in the year 1993/94. A time when the author was unemployed, which allowed him to commune and fellowship with his Father more than usual. It was then that he began reading the book of Genesis and the Lord began to open his eyes to His hidden truths now revealed to you in this book. While many years had pasted, he was drawn back to Genesis in early 2003 and more revelations came from the same chapter he thought it not possible to contain additional hidden mysteries of God. He shares this for reason that we should not limit what God is capable of revealing through His word by his Spirit. As such, even that which has been revealed to him and are written in this book, The Days of Mankind does not put a cap on what God can reveal to you.
He had purposed the publish this book in 2012, the year of the Covenant, believing it to be the set time for its release to the world. As it is his conviction that 2012 would be the year God covenanted plan for His chosen would begin even more to manifest itself in the body of Christ: and this book will aid in opening the eyes of His creation to embrace the plan of God for their lives.

The Days of Mankind - Terry Strapp

    Chapter 1

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

    —Genesis 1:1

The word beginning signifies a starting point. The text of Genesis chapter 1 verse 1 begins that point of God’s plan for mankind. In verse 1, He created the heaven and the earth as a home for us. According to scripture, there are three heavens. The first is where God dwells (Deut. 26:15); the second is the galaxy comprised of the sun, moon, stars, etc. (Gen. 1:17); and the third is commonly referred to as the sky (Gen. 1:16). The earth, in this text, refers to dry land.

What I find interesting about this verse is how it parallels itself to our introduction to life in that it speaks of a God who is able to create, but what He creates knows nothing of its creator though subjected to His power. (As a matter of fact, John 1:11 says, He came unto his own, and his own received him not.) As with nature, when we are born, we know nothing of our parents or the world we come to call home. It is through parenting that we identify ourselves with our mothers and fathers or guardians, who in turn introduce us to the world to which we adapt ourselves as members of the human race. Similarly, we can only know God through His Son,
