    Family is everything.

    Mr. Gondii stared, like any proud father would, in glowing praise at his mound of oocysts. It had been a long road; one marked with as many defeats as there were, claims to victory. He had strived so hard and had endured such momentous struggle in his life, but now, looking out over the home he had built with his own blood, sweat, and tears, it was so patently obvious that it had all been worth it.

    It was hard to tell if he was paying homage to his own efforts or to those of his father before him.
