Chapter 1
First Day of School
Today is the first day of school and Joan move to Long island with her mother and father from Connecticut. And she had to go to long island high school.
Went Joan walks in the halls. And everyone looked at her like she was like a geeks.
Also she heard gossip and just walks into class.
Then she sat down at the desk and the teacher said, this is a new student Joan.
And she had to get up and said hello!
And Joan was a bit scares.
Then she sat down and everyone stare at her, and she put her head down.
About half hour later, Joan left the classroom and headed to the locker.
The locker said you geek, you are a loser!
So Joan ran into the principle office, and he said we will looks into.
When she was leaving the principle office, Joan ran into a girl name’s Katie.
Katie started too talked with her, and said those are the mean girls in school.
Then Joan and Katie talks about what they likes and so Joan said she like to played the guitar and sing, and Katie said well I also played the guitar and sings.
So why don’t we get together, and played so that sound good to me!
Ands here is my cell number, but I must to go ballet class.
Well I have to get home and do my homework.
Also I am working on a song, that I written.
Boys! That is awesome.
And they both said bye and left the building and got on the bus and headed home.
When Joan got home, she unlock the door and when inside and had cold pizza and coke.
When her mom and dad came, they had a talked to Joan about school and she said some of the kids, are means and rude.
Ands I don’t want to go back to that school.
Well honey, you are a sophomore, and everyone high school do have bully.
But can I go to that, private school? Honey we cannot afford it.
Joan said well mom and dad they do have a good music department and dance.
Well, honey did you do your homework? Yes mom!
Now I will be going into my room, and played my guitar and I am writing a song.
That is great, honey!
But don’t stay up too late.
I won’t mom, and she closed the door and started too played and started to sing.
So her mom and dad listen through the door, and she said wow!
Wow! She has a beautiful voice maybe we should transfer her to that private school.
No! She must learn how to stand up for herself.

After that she was playing, Joan turns off the lights and put her head on the pillow and dreams about having a band.
