Born in Chicago IL, I am the oldest of five children. Raised in Englewood on Chicago's south side. I've seen a lot of good and a lot of bad. At a young age I had responsibilites in being the oldest and not really able to enjoy my childhood. This book is about my truth and where I come from, and where I'd like to go in the future. In hopes of helping another young soul with the mind frame to just get up, and do better. This book is very inportant to me., And in this book I share my most horrific dreams. Away from a Wicked Mind - Pierre G. Fowler

    A New Beginning

There’s a new way of looking at the world now.

There’s nothing in life to hold us back from our dreams but us ourselves.

There’s no limit to how far we’ll go once we open our eye’s to glance.

Glance at our dreams and let them come true.

Life as we all know it can be hard and it’s sometimes hard for us to breath.

Letting go of fear of flying and soaring high in the skies.

The dreams of living happy I see coming true every time I dream.

Because I know within me I will succeed and reach my goals.

It’s just who I am to go forward and not let these people keep me down.

No more feeling alone and out of my comfort zone.

Cause this is my house, and this is my reality.

There’s nothing here to keep me down but my own self and I refuse to stay a victim of my past.

A new way of living has been instilled in me.

Now it’s time to show and proof my love for who I am.

Now are you ready to do the unthinkable?

Let’s make our dreams into reality...

    Address The Issue

Verse1: I think it’s for me to address the issue.

I feel misused feelings from you.

I try my best to keep you happy.

But you’re not listening. You just don’t hear me.

Put me to the side to keep getting high.

    It’s just a shame.

    You don’t love me. Yeah.

Chorus 2 times: Keep it moving be on your way.

Find a place to stay. You don’t really love me.

Keep it going I’ll be okay, replacing you.

    Is what I’ll do.

Verse2: Moments ago i was the one in your world.

Now you’re so cold. This shit is getting old.

Didn’t think that i’ll be here all by myself.

Leaving me here. You jus don’t care. Does it have to be that i’m still hurting.

Why you’re treating this way? Tell me baby.

I know now who’s the other boy.

Cheating on me. You can leave. (yeah, yes you can)

    Chorus 2 times

    Music plays 15 sec

Verse 3: Tell me why I’ve been so blind?

Not seeing the evil in your eyes. Forget this bullshit, I call it quits.

I guess the shoe doesn’t fit. I’ve been on and on again.

And now I’ll be traveling. I’m better without you.

Keep it moving, is what I’ll do.

I’m not feeling you. No I’m not into you.

I’m not feeling you. I said I’m not. I’m not feeling you.

Yeah I’m not, so I’ll be on and on again....
