Matthew M. Radmanesh

Matthew M. Radmanesh received his MSEE and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in  Electronics and Electro-Optics Engineering in 1980 and 1984, respectively.   Dr. Radmanesh has worked in academia for GMI Engineering & Management and in industry for Hughes Aircraft Co., Maury Microwave Corp. and Boeing Aircraft Co. He is currently a faculty member in the electrical engineering department at California State University, Northridge, CA.   Dr. Radmanesh is a senior member of IEEE, Eta Kappa Nu and Tau Beta Pi Honors societies and a past president of the SFV chapter of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technique (MTT) society. His many years of experience in both microwave industry and academia has led to over 40 technical papers and a popular textbook entitled “Radio Frequency and Microwave electronics Illustrated.”   He received the distinguished lecturer award in the 1994 IEEE international Microwave Symposium and has redeived two awards from the IEEE  for his contributions to the IEEE-MTT society.

To go from the left hand side to the right, we need to acquire progressively bigger and bigger keys to open the doors of wealth and mastery of the physical universe culminating in one’s final emancipation from the yoke of the enormous forces that a being faces in the physical universe. Needless to say, these keys are not physical but rather ethereal and are heavily based upon and actually derived from the fusion of scientific principles and spiritual laws of life, which have brought forth our current universe and its many imposing facets of existence, microscopically or macroscopically!

Back Cover Image: The design on the back cover shows an image that resembles a nightmarish beast rearing its head from a crimson sea. This monstrous object is actually an innocuous pillar of gas and dust, called the Cone Nebula (NGC 2264)—so named because, in ground-based images, it has a conical shape, which resides in a turbulent star-forming region. The entire nebula is 7 light-years long and resides 2,500 light-years away in another constellation. Radiation from hot, young stars [located beyond the top of the image] has slowly eroded the nebula over millions of years. Ultraviolet light heats the edges of the dark cloud, releasing gas into the relatively empty region of surrounding space. There, additional ultraviolet radiation causes the hydrogen gas to glow, which produces the red halo of light seen around the pillar. Background stars can be seen peeking through the evaporating tendrils of gas, while the turbulent base is pockmarked with stars reddened by dust. Over time, only the densest regions of the Cone will be left. Inside these regions, stars and planets may form. The Cone Nebula is a cousin of the Eagle Nebula, Ml6 pillars, which the Hubble telescope imaged in 1995. Monstrous pillars of cold gas, like the Cone and Ml 6, are common in large regions of star birth. Astronomers believe that these pillars are incubators for developing stars.

Recently the author published a popular book entitled Cracking the Code of Our Physical universe which was well received by the scientific community. This book clearly set the foundation for understanding our physical universe of which sciences are but a subset.

However, upon further research, more data concerning our universe and its inner workings was unraveled which opened up the gate to a whole new and seemingly unrelated universe, our business world with its many misconceptions and common pitfalls. This is a universe far more dynamic and crucial to one’s survival than the field of sciences. The business principles even though separate from our scientific world and its laws, could not possibly come into practice without a thorough understanding of the technical side of life.

In other words, for a person to engage in business and exchange of goods and services, he needs to be technically either well versed or have that area headed by technically able individuals.

Therefore, the need for such a further elucidation is what led to the creation of this second book and is where it takes off. It is the sequel or the second installment to the first book and intends to undercut areas that were not illuminated in the first volume.

This book, is structured around creating a new business enterprise primarily, and managing an existing business activity secondarily.

It is not based upon, fere are some important business concepts, so let’s learn them and maybe we can improve our understanding of the business world. This is thee approach most business books take and fill the reader full of business terms, jargons and terminologies, Hoping that it would lead to a successful business activity down the road.
