    Dow; Man shit is really crazy right now. Moms is really going threw it. I want to help but I don’t want to do something stupid.

    Bags; Then get a job. Shit it aint that hard!

    Dow; A job is cool but it’s going to take too long to get paid.

    Bags; Then what are you going to do?

    Dow; I don’t know. I was thinking about calling Scaggs. He still owes me a favor.

    Bags; I know your not talking about scandals Scaggs bro. You know that nigga aint know good. Naw bro I don’t think that’s a good ideal.

    Dow; Naw that’s my man, bro he still owes me a favor.

    Bags; Bro, you know that nigga is dangerous, But it’s up to you.

    Dow; I don’t have no where else to go. My hands are tied behind my back.

    Bags; Alright bro whatever. Yo, there’s a party tonight at Nikki’s what’cha trying to do?

    Dow; Hopefully at the party, If it’s poppin like you say it will be.

    Bags; No dout bro. Well I’m about to go holla at baby moms. She been calling like crazy so I got to go feed her her medicine.

    Dow; Alight bro, well holla at me tonight bottoms. (They give each other dap and bags walks off.)

    (Female walks out the store.)

    Dow; Yo, you didn’t have to dis my boy like that.

    Female; Well, he didn’t have to come at me like that. I’m not no hoochie momma.

    Dow; It is what it is. (He smiles.) Naw, I’m just playing wit’cha.

    Female; (She smiles.) What’s your name?

    Dow; Dow Low.

    Female; What’s your real name?

    Dow; I don’t like giving out my government, but for you I will. My name is Dominic Latham. But my friends calls me Dow Low.

    Female; Well, it’s nice to meet you Dominic.

    Dow; Yeah, it’s nice to meet you too uh-.

    Female; My name is Privacy Monroe. But my friends calls me Patience.

    Dow; Well, Privacy you think a brother call you sometime?

    Patience; Sure the next time we run in to each other. (She smiles and starts to walk away he watches her until she turns the coner down oak st.)

    (While walking home Dow runs into some friends from high school.)

    Chris; Yo, Dowlow. Dowlow.

    Dow; (He’s turns around.). Yo, whadup Bro?

    Chris; What’s good with’cha? I haven’t seen you sense high school. Wha’cha doing now?

    Dow; I’ve been chilling, just trying to stay out the way.
