The Reason why I wrote the book
My book s a collection of personal pieces and thoughts which
everyone can relate too. It has the ability to touch the readers;
as if the story was about them. As you read through the pages each becomes another treasure waiting to be found… .

You have given through the years.
Biography
Tyrone A. Whitaker’s love for the arts and writing began at Roxbury Elementary School. It is there at Roxbury Elementary School; Tyrone’s writing genius and storytelling capabilities became recognized by his family, his teachers, and his peers. When Tyrone began to writing short stories and essays at such a youthful age; it became more and more evident that his vivid imagination and creative voice could not be contained on a sheet of paper; for his vast mind proved that he had a great deal to say.
As Tyrone mastered his craft, his excitable energy allowed his thoughts to give life to the paper; at this moment he acknowledged that his work was a journal which deemed him a writer for all people.
As Tyrone sojourned down his literary path, he wrote with a group of writers for The University of Connecticut’s literary magazine, The UConn Merraid
. Tyrone’s essays, poetry, and short stories were displayed monthly. Mr. Whitaker’s artistic resume includes being featured
