Habits are easy because … well, they are already a habit.
So here is our plan:
1. Create a new habit (this is one-time work).
2. Put our new habit on autopilot.
3. Allow our new habit to build our business automatically.

Is learning a new habit worth it?
We like this excerpt from a newsletter by Nick Stephenson when he talks about his son:
"My eldest son learned to walk over 18 months ago. And he has continued the habit.
But what we often forget is, he spent over 12 months failing miserably at it. Then, one day, he had failed enough times that he knew how to do it properly.

How many times have we missed it? None that we can remember.
Our habits get done automatically.
No willpower needed.

First, the good news.
The good news is that habits can change our lives. Habits can put our success on autopilot. And habits can make distasteful activities happen without using massive amounts of willpower.
In other words, habits are awesome.
Now, for the bad news.
The bad news is that habits don't just happen by themselves. They will take effort. If you are reading this book, you probably have a full-time career, a family, a social life, and a network marketing business.
Setting goals, being positive, creating new habits and learning new people skills can all be overwhelming.
Think big. Start small.
Relax. In this book, we are only going to ask you to create one new habit at a time. That’s it.
Why? Because if we understand how habits are formed, we can create new steps and a new habit. Then, we will have our own personal template to create all the additional habits we want.
