The clock showed the time as 18:45 IST when Vinayak, the commissioner of police entered the GH. He was received by Richard in the entrance.

Sir!!! This way…, Richard guided Vinayak. They both started walking down the corridor in the left hand side of the entrance. Both their faces were too serious.

How is he now?

Still unconscious

Was he injured badly?

Seems like a heavy blow in the back of his head, as if hit by an iron pipe

No sir. He ran into the police station with heavy wounds on his head and was bleeding heavily. He stopped near a cop at the entrance, uttered the two words ‘NOT AGAIN’ and fainted away. Even after providing the necessary first aid, he was unconsious. So we rushed him to GH

If it wasn’t a serious one, he wouldn’t have taken the effort to run all the way to the police station with that heavy bleeding

Both reached the entrance of the ICU and the inspector Arun stood and saluted in respect.

Did the doctor gave any information?

Not yet sir. He is yet to come out from the ICU

Did you get any useful items from his dress?

No sir... He just had two hundred rupee bills

Then, how are we going to identify him?

He should come back to his consciousness. Other than that, we can’t think of any now sir

The door of the ICU opened and the doctor came out.

Nice to see you here commissioner sir. Looks like you are serious about this guy

The commissioner took a deep breathe.

True Doctor. We will have to doubt anything and everything. The recent incidents in the city compelled us to react this way. This guy with heavy wounds entered one of our police station, fainted after saying the words ‘Not again’. So far we don’t know whether that is a tip of an iceberg

The doctor smiled.

Don’t worry sir. He is now out of danger. We did a complete diagnosis and he will be back to conscious any time from now. But you will have to wait for some time

No problem at all. We will wait

Shall we wait in our room? The nurse will let us know when the patient is awake.

Vinayak started to walk with the doctor. When the Assistant Commissioner Richard was about to instruct something, Inspector Arun’s mobile rang. The mobile was showing the caller as SI Moorthy.

Yes Moorthy?

Sir… We got some useful information about the wounded guy who fell in front of our station.

Oh is it? Who is he?

His name is Gopinath. And he is a mentally disturbed fellow

What? A mental guy?

Yes sir… He was getting treated in a Naturopathy clinic named ‘Nature Cure’ near Adyar. Couple of hours back, he escaped from the clinic. He might have got himself wounded heavily, in the effort to escape from there. While in the clinic, the only words he spoke were ‘NOT AGAIN’. He hasn’t uttered even a single word other than those. And he had repeated that every five minutes

But how did you come to know all these?

A doctor with his two assistants from the ‘Nature Cure’ were searching for him in areas nearby. They had the picture of Gopinath and were searching him for the past two hours. Few minutes back, they landed near the shop next to the station. The shop owner gave the piece of information about this guy to them. Then they came into the station to enquire about him.

This news gave a relief to Inspector Arun.

Thank god!!! I thought the ‘Not Again’ will give some sleepless nights to us. Now we are a bit relieved. Is the ‘Nature Cure’ doctor available now?

Yes sir… He is seated just opposite to me.

What is his name?

He is Abilash and about 60 years old and already looking too tired searching for him

Can I talk to him?

Sure sir… will hand over the phone to him

After ten seconds, Doctor Abilash started to speak.
