The lake, fed by a mountain stream, was ice-cold, even on a warm sunny July morning. I plunged naked into the frigid water and gasped from the shock, then set off, swimming with long smooth strokes. The far side of the lake was only 100 yards away. It didn't take long to reach it and come back.

The woman was waiting for me when I scrambled out of the water. She was in her early 20s, a couple years older than me, with curly blond hair cascading over her shoulders, big heavy breasts, and a solid athletic body.
