    It was no secret in ancient times that Jesus Christ was a Black man. The early Jews knew it because they were Blacks too. The Romans knew it, and the Greeks knew it. In fact, all the peoples of his time, and long afterwards, knew that the Messiah Christ was a Black man. The global Black presence during the time of Jesus Christ was far more dominant than it is today. Over the centuries, Blacks have lost power in many ways, so much so that it is not fashionable to claim that the great and universally admired Jesus Christ was a Black man.

    Some say that the race of Jesus Christ is irrelevant since he is the Lamb of God who shed his blood to redeem all those who believe in him, regardless of race, among other things. Moreover, those who are opposed to the idea of a Black Christ say that Jesus Christ was a Jew, and that since historical times, Jews have always been olive-skinned. Furthermore, they claim that there is no evidence of the existence of Black Hebrews, Israelites or Jews in Biblical times. However, the opponents of a Black Christ concede that
