About this ebook
Liz is not an ordinary girl. She has a very surreal history and heritage. Unfortunately for her family she hates the very idea of what it entails and with the blessings of her beloved grandfather, she disappears, after her family arrive from their own country and into the United States. Her mother is the Ambassador of Lichtenstein.
Life has a tragic turn and she soon learns that nobody is really what they seem until you dig deep enough. Falling pregnant doesn't help - losing her baby even worse. With nothing to lose she goes back to work only to find some vast changes. Then the man who let her down learns who she is and wants a reconciliation at all costs-but Liz isn't interested. He will stop at nothing to get Liz to marry him. Until Fate steps in and whisks her away someplace safe.
Danger is now stalking her every move and with determination and courage Liz defeats those wishing harm to her and the man she has fallen in love with and goes home, with the new love in her life, after all, just because she is not an ordinary girl doesn't mean she can't be a rebel. Even if she is a Princess.

REBEL PRINCESS
Liz looked out the window of the bus taking her to work. Her eyes unseeing, her mind ticking over at what had happened over the past year. She thought back to when the series of disasters had suddenly sprung up and the consequences after. Her life was a nightmare and she had no idea what to do about it all. Maybe she should just get on a plane and go back home to her own country!
First her longtime boyfriend ditched her when she had become pregnant. Then her parents had disowned her because she refused to put Joshua up for adoption especially when they learned he was a sick little boy. They had decided for her, much to her horror that it would be better for Liz to place the baby in high care and let Child Welfare take over. She had put her foot down on their little project. It had slowly dawned on her that her parents were much too self-centered about their image on foreign soil, to have an illegitimate grandchild and an unwed daughter tarnishing their images. So, she had gone home to the family mansion, whilst they were away for the weekend and removed everything she owned, including the family portraits depicting herself in them. She literally erased herself. Joshua was in ICU high care maternity ward at that time receiving the oxygen he needed.
She didn’t really need to work, but she chose to. Her grandfather had left her a sizeable Trust fund, which she hardly touched. She dressed like a commoner and dropped her title, never really dwelling on the fact that she was born to privileged high society. She had gone to finishing schools in Switzerland and had the proverbial diplomas but what she really wanted to do was go to work. Not for the money, but for the practical experience and to meet normal people. Not those fancy-pants her family wanted her to mingle with. When they were not looking or making plans for her future, she managed to live a relatively normal life and have a normal boyfriend and go out and about without bodyguards etc. She worked for a security firm who did not have any inkling that their clerk was a blue blood. She had been hired because she was well dressed and well spoken. She had gone in knowing if the company had done a thorough check on her background she would no doubt have been given a better position, or even the possibility of them saying no. So she made sure she looked prim and proper and wore thick fake glasses to give the impression she was only clerk material. Why she had chosen the Security firm was because she was fascinated by it. Her family had full on 24/7 security. Whilst she was growing up she had given her bodyguards the slip plenty of times. She wanted to know what made them tick.
She had then met her ex-boyfriend Mike Waters; he was an attorney that her firm dealt with. It was not love at first sight for her even though Mike had decided it was. He had come in to discuss security for his building and Liz had come in to do shorthand for her boss. He had pestered her until she had finally given in and gone out with him. Over the next year, they had become an item and she had thought about a forever kind of relationship. Her father had approved of
