Is this a diet? No this is an eating plan. You will change your relationship with food.
What are the two main benefits of your eating plan? My plan trains you to eat healthier and allows you to earn the right to eat whatever you want when you are under your weekly goal.
Why is allowing me the ability to eat whatever I want so important? Because the biggest problem with a diet is that people do not have the will power to completely give up their favorite foods.
