Queen Sadie is a cat that knows JR has never had any kind of adventures. She gives him an adventure. He has to prove his love for his friend Candy. He has to go and find her.

Oh my goodness! I am so bored! There’s no one to play with here. I see all those birds and squirrels outside, and I am stuck in here with no one but humans to terrorize. I want to get out and have an adventure. But how to do that I shall never know. JR  thought to himself one rainy windy spring day. JR’s normal day of getting into trouble was just about to change into a wild day. The sky was changing quickly. The weather was becoming more unstable. The humans were watching the news. They were watching a report on the tornado activity for the surrounding area. They weren’t afraid. They should have been though. JR was watching the birds as they were being tossed around by the wind that was blowing. He heard the tornado sirens going off. All of a sudden the sirens stopped and the clouds outside got darker and more ominous looking. JR began to feel a little bit scared. He looked up and saw that 3 streets across the way, there was a huge tornado coming this way. His hackles were raised and he was making this terrible meowing sound. One of his humans got up and looked outside and saw the tornado. She screamed and  grabbed JR as she and her friend ran for the bathroom to try seek shelter from the tornado. The tornado was an F 5! One of the most dangerous around. Well, as they were all in the bathtub, the tornado got closer until it was actually right over the house. The upstairs apartments roof was being peeled off as well as the floor. The tornado had begun to twist through the apartment. They weren’t strong enough to hold onto JR. He was picked up inside the tornado and carried away. He was off on the adventure of a lifetime.

Chapter Two: The Adventure begins

Oh my gosh! This is not exactly the kind of adventure I was looking for! Oh I hope I don’t get killed in the tornado! JR was flying high into the sky. He found that he was not alone. The cat that lived across the street was in the tornado too. Oh goodness I’m so scared! Cried the calico cat. Hang onto my paws! I’ll keep you safe! JR said. The calico cat grabbed hold of JR’s paws as they flew around inside the tornado. They kept going higher and higher. "I see the sky
