    100% Independence

    —————————————

    I am not British

    I am Scottish

    Britain no more

    Independence is what we want

    No United Kingdom

    No Great Britain

    Alba gu Brath

    Born Scottish

    Live Scottish

    Die Scottish

I am not British I am Scottish

Freedom of speech is my right

I do not want a fight

    Release your hold

Freedom of speech is my right

    No United Kingdom

    No Great Britain

    Scotland for freedom

    Give us our freedom

    1880

    ——————

    Oh when I was three

    Way back in ‘73

They opened the bridge across the way

There it stood till that fateful day in 1880

When the storm did blow battering the bridge to and fro

And lo and behold on that fateful day

The bridge across the way fiercely did sway

Till it gave way and crashed into the Tay

In place of the bridge that was swept away into the Tay

Stands a new one till this day

    Alba the Brave

    ———————————-

    Snow peaked mountains glisten

    In the midday sun

    What a sight to behold

    Walking in the peaceful afternoon

    Shh just listen

    This lands for me

    Where my ancestors cried freedom

I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else

    Country steeped in history

    Come visit you will see

    Proud nation

    This country is great

    Freedom we still cry

    Give Alba her independence

    Government pay attention

    Alone

    —————

    Feel so alone

    Can’t escape these feelings

    Can you give me sanctuary?

    Feel so alone

    Lonely days

    Phoney people

    Lonely days

    Phoney people

    Need to get away

Going to follow the brightest star

    Till I am far away

    Away from this hell hole

    Feel so alone

    Need to find a home

    A place to belong

    Hope it won’t be long

    Am I Really Evil?

    —————————-

    Fed up being mistreated

    Sick of being defeated

Always being made out to be the bad one

No wonder I feel like the sad one

    Now I got you

I never want to lose you

    I am yours for life

So wish you could be my wife

    Ancient Loch

    ———————-

    Cool jeweled moon

    Soft golden sand

    We walk hand in hand

Lay our blanket on the soft golden sand

    Light our camp fire

    Snuggle up beneath the moon

    I stare into your eyes

Flames dance from the camp fire

    Another War

    ——————————-

    Another bloody war

    More destruction

    And what for?

    Battered bodies

    Blood and tears shed

    Does nobody care?

    Heartache and pain

    Children orphaned

    Women widowed

    More innocent
