If you have not heard about Zendoodle you have no idea what you are missing! Understandably it is not obvious what Zendoodle is, when I first heard of it I mistakenly thought it was some form of exercise. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Zendoodle is the name given to a self help art therapy practice that is both fun and enjoyable and is used by many as a form of relaxation. Whilst the Zendoodle method could easily be misconstrued as a up market type of doodling there are significant differences. Zendoodle is one of the most relaxing part times available today that is suitable for all age groups and does not require any form of qualifications; in fact you don’t even need to be artistic.

You are obviously familiar with the art of Zendoodle as it is highly unlikely that you would choose to read a book on an unknown subject, and I do hope that this book helps you to understand the art and the processes that are related to it.

This book also touches on the ultimate question that everyone always immediately asks, and this is how the Zendoodle method differs from doodling. Whilst most of the population will have doodled at some point throughout their life they have not completed a Zendoodle and with a name that sounds quite complex may have been put off thinking that it is difficult and only really for those that are creative. Nothing could be further from the truth as Zendoodle really can be completed by all.
