Adam Hall

Adam Hall is the only son. He has five sisters and no children. Adam was born and raised on the tough streets of Chicago. He began getting in trouble with the law as a young adolescent. In the year 2000 at the age 15, Adam was incarcerated and eventually sentenced to two concurrent terms of 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He was scheduled to be paroled in 2009, but a civil petition was filed against him which prevented his release. His parole date is still, to be determined. Adam tells us that he has utilized his time away from society to better himself, taking multiple therapy classes; he has earned his G.E.D., food safety and food sanitation licenses, occupational safety and health training courses in general industry safety and health, among other skills. Adam plans to continue writing poetry about love, life, lessons and struggles. He hopes to influence others-to prevent them from making some of the bad decisions he has made as an adolescent.
