There was a little girl named Bonnie Gale Red, and she was born in a snowstorm in the middle of February in 1979. She wasn’t born perfectly like most children, Bonnie was born with cleft lip and palate. Her upper lip and upper palate at the roof of her mouth didn’t form completely. Her parents quickly took the steps to correct what was wrong with her. They surrounded her with lots of love. Bonnie felt like she was like any other child when she was toddler. She had big dreams of being a doctor, singer, actress, or even a writer.
When Bonnie started grade school, she was a vibrate tall young girl with ocean blue eyes and caramel brown hair. She had recently gotten glasses and didn’t like them. Bonnie thought they made her stand out more than what she already did. It didn’t take long for the other children to start making fun of her. They could be mean calling her names and pointing their fingers. Everyday she went home sad not wanting to get
