What Mutley Did

Mutley is a black and white greyhound he has very long legs and an even longer tail, that gets him into a lot of trouble. He lives with his mummy who is an elderly lady, and the two of them get up to the most unusual antics imaginable. Mutley also has a reputation of being the greediest dog in town, he will eat anything and everything. There are six short stories in this book that will having you laughing like never before. Mutley was the authors dog, he lived to the grand old age of sixteen years. The author loved him to bits and he always made her laugh with his funny antics, so she decided to write books about him and make him famous. This keeps his memory alive for her and her family and also gives readers a chance to get to know Mutley and make them laugh too, hopefully.

My name is Sheena I am fifty five years old I live in Aberdeen, Scotland. I graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2011 with a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology. I work full time as a carer, I have two adult sons, I had two dogs the first being the one my books are about, he died in 2014, my other dog I still have she is nearly ten. My love of writing started at school and I have been trying to publish a book ever since, although there were years in between when I didn't write anything. The inspiration for these books came from my dog whose real name was Mutley, he was such a funny dog, he always made me laugh and so when he died I decided to write about him so other people could share his stories and hopefully they will laugh too. In the near future I hope to publish an adult book about the psychic experiences I have had since I had a near death experience in 1991. I have written three books altogether about Mutley and my other dog Evo, I have written two books exclusively for my grandchildren and at the moment I am writing a short story about Jane a teenager who is being bullied at school.
