Mutley's Big Surprise

This is the third and final book in the series A Dog Named Mutley, he is getting old now and his mummy doesn't think he will be around for much longer, however, her youngest son brings them both a present of a tiny little puppy called Evo, which seems to give Mutley a new lease of life, at least for a few more years. Mutley has to let the new puppy know who is in charge and it isn't mummy that's for sure. As he ages and the puppy grows he begins to pass on all his knowledge to her, so that when he is no longer there she can continue to amuse mummy just like he has done all his long life. The puppy has some amusing tales to tell in this book of seven short stories, including stinking the place out at a Christmas party. The last story is Mutley's Final Journey and tells of him passing over to the Rainbow Bridge. The epilogue tells the reader how the author came to own such a wonderful dog as Mutley and the real story of how and when he passed away.

My name is Sheena I am fifty five years old I live in Aberdeen, Scotland. I graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2011 with a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology. I work full time as a carer, I have two adult sons, I had two dogs the first being the one my books are about, he died in 2014, my other dog I still have she is nearly ten. My love of writing started at school and I have been trying to publish a book ever since, although there were years in between when I didn't write anything. The inspiration for these books came from my dog whose real name was Mutley, he was such a funny dog, he always made me laugh and so when he died I decided to write about him so other people could share his stories and hopefully they will laugh too. In the near future I hope to publish an adult book about the psychic experiences I have had since I had a near death experience in 1991. I have written three books altogether about Mutley and my other dog Evo, I have written two books exclusively for my grandchildren and at the moment I am writing a short story about Jane a teenager who is being bullied at school.
