About this ebook

The long awaited ending...

Sit back and enjoy the continuation of Into the Night....

Meredith was saved by someone or was it some thing? As she lay in the alley way after being saved from two attackers, she listens to the sirens get closer and closer. The darkness of the night and her blurred vision from the knock on the head that the one of the attackers gave her, prevented her from seeing her savior clearly. All she saw was the attackers go flying. Its two years later and she's still haunted by that night.

Carmine has watched her for the past two years, keeping her safe even after she left the town of York. He has kept his distance because of what he is. Not many people would understand or even believe what he is and what he can do.

Will Meredith and Carmine be together or are they destine to be apart forever.

When the doctor left Donovan was back at his mother's feet. He took her hands from Stiofan's and said, Stella made it thru surgery, she isn't awake yet, but is in the ICU. Opal leaned forward and wrapped her arms around her son's neck and cried once again. Donovan moved forward and wrapped his arms around his mother and just held her. Meredith reached over and started to rub Opal's back. Hours later a nurse informed them that Stella was a wake and that they could visit, no more than two at a time.

Meredith had just come along for support, this was a time for the family. She excused herself saying that she needed to use the restroom instead she made her way to the nurses station. She left a note with them and continued out of the hospital.

She sat in her truck along time debating if she should stay or go. She wanted to be there for Carmine, but he had his family there, she really wasn't needed. She looked over at the hospital one more time and
