About this ebook
As a Hip Hop artist, Wilfred Kanu Jr. has a few akas, such as Freddy Will | his stage name |, Afrikanblac, and Freddy Will Tha Sandmann. In this volume of the Sandmann's Journal, you will find entries on some of Freddy Will's preferred celebs, rides, West African cuisines, an introduction to Sierra Leone, and the process of releasing his first two albums and books. These entries personified the early stage of his music and writing careers when he established his record, publication, and distribution companies in Toronto, Canada | through which he releases his albums and books |. From 2007 to 2012, he was new in Toronto. There were very few places where he could interchange social or professional courtesies. He had no choice but to go independent.
Using multiple talents, he became an executive producer, publicist, graphic designer, promoter, author, blogger, philanthropist, and music producer. To secure his legacy and find a balance between the creative and business side of the industry. While adjusting to his new city, he promoted his music on social networking sites and published a blog. It started as a page on his website when he noticed that the page had become a reference point for an antagonist who, from behind the scenes, sabotaged his connections or publicized events. Realizing this, Freddy Will transformed his news page into his blog site. These entries were published on that site. This is why dates are under each title: to indicate when they were initially published. The entries were re-edited for this Journal.
Eight years later, the blog produced an audience of over 30,000. As a Hip Hop artist who gives his views on various subjects, Freddy Will could not allow political correctness to stand in the way. He gave fans a look into the development and the release of his albums and books. These journal entries served as a platform to dispel adverse facts, misleading rumors, or general misconceptions. He demonstrated that Hip Hop artists could also be intellectually inclined. This Journal covers Freddy Will's strong views on religious, cultural, and traditional beliefs, romantic relationships, and human and civil rights issues. To promote his books and albums, these entries express what he is about.
