Author

S M Solomon

S M Solomon is of course my pen name... The kind of name I'd like to announce when booking into a swanky 5 star hotel with a couple of girls on my arm ready for an evening of sexual delight. Ah, the fantasies playing their game in my mind and belying the fact that really I'm the type of guy that is inherently loyal, sensitive and too damn honest. I prefer the idea of a strong bond with my lover as we tackle the world together, both challenging each other intellectually, but man I get bored! So writing is a diversion... that's why I'm here. In one of my other identities, I write lite lit... meaningful literature in the form of a story that really makes you think, but I have that sexual side to me too, which comes out as Solomon. Sometimes I feel like Jekyll and Hyde, the virtuous and the perverse, the ying and the yang, the beauty and the beast. These are just some of the different masks I wear. ‘Masks’ is a slanted view of my experiences with internet dating with its pleasures and pains. Each chapter a story in itself, to be devoured as you wish.

    Masks - S M Solomon

    Chapter 4 - Sonia

    Ping:

Like a drug I find myself getting high on ‘Hi’s. Any message is welcome, another one to add to the tally of women who find me either interesting or attractive enough to send a message. I can send messages to initiate a conversation of course, and will do when I am in a better space but for now I am playing it slow and cautious, a fisherman placing bait at the end of his rod, waiting for a nibble from an attractive fish.

My bait doesn’t seem quite tasty enough though as I am only getting a message a day on average, and some of those are instantly dismissed even though I don’t really know what I am looking for.

    Ping:

Hiya, fort id say I like ur fotos Xoxox

Blimey, young, and quite attractive with self portrait taken from high above on her mobile phone to give a bird’s eye view of her scrummy bosom. Tempting, but I really could not put up with anyone who can’t spell and talks in text speak - Delete!

    Ping:

Hello, nice to see a little culture at last. I know I am over your age limit, but experience does have its benefits ;p xx

Hmm… Maybe when I’m feeling hornier - Delete!

    Ping:

This is a flirt option from sallybell78 - Delete!

    Ping:

Good evening, I like the fact that your profile is a little different, even if Shakespeare is probably turning in his grave . So have you ever been in a Shakespearean play in your amateur dramatics?

    Sonia

I quite like that message. Short, sweet and ending with a question for me to answer. Nothing worse than just a Hi leaving me to think of an opening line. No kiss at the end, but then she does not know me. Always a difficult one to know if you should put one at the end of an message to a new contact. It seems too friendly, but impersonal if one
