Death, it’s Part of Life Whether you Like it or Not
Most people are focused on living life as they should. However, many people at the same time shun the idea of death and have a hard time accepting that the truth is, death is part of life.
I believe that this is the main reason many midlife crises happen. Once that realization hits that you won’t live forever, in most cases around midlife that creates life which would be anywhere between 3555 regardless of being male or female sea of emotions such as fear, sadness about life not turning out they way they hoped, lost dreams, regrets which have been known to lead to regrettable impulses such as affairs, overspending and picking up and leaving families.
My belief is that it is a pivotal time of life where you are forced to review your life and see what you would like to change so you can live the rest of your life to your liking as much as you realistically can. However, I think what really scares those who are dealing with midlife crises is having to face their fear of death.
