‘It’s him, it’s him!’ I spoke with a panicked surprise and excitement in my head. ’Bloody hell Kate pull yourself together, one would think that you had never seen a member of the male species before,’ I took a deep breath as I continued to scold myself, ‘Good calm down, close your mouth and stop staring so hard, you don’t want him to think you are a complete weirdo.’

Despite my self-cautioning I could not help but look at him albeit a little more subtly, how could I not it was my super crush stepping on to the semi-packed bus after all!

I found it ironic that it was today of all days that I should see him again, when I had consciously dressed down and was not at my physically best in my opinion, wearing only a causal pair of jeans and a plain black t-shirt as I headed on my way to the coffee shop where I worked as a waitress. But I had of course not expected to see him, not again, after giving up hope of our paths ever crossing after the
