As a business owner or entrepreneur, are you tired of endless hours, working harder than your competition, but failing to attract and retain quality customers? Have you invested your life savings, your precious time, and your family’s time on a business that is not producing what you dreamed? Is your business dream becoming a business nightmare? Or do you just want to finally get your business to the next level?
In this manual, my goal is to provide small business owners and entrepreneurs a blueprint or step by step guide to obtain profits within the next five weeks by implementing the strategies and methods I have provided. This is a step by step guide that will provide a timeline and direction for you to reach your goals.
This manual will serve as both a book and workbook that will yield an effective and efficient plan to secure business profits quickly. While going through the manual, please keep an open mind; try to think outside of the box. It is nearly impossible to create a book or manual that will work for every small business and for every situation that is not the goal of this manual. The main goal is to assist business owners in assessing their business and their efforts to streamline their plans for quick gains.
A business by itself is not a person or human, but it is owned and run by people, therefore, in order to change a business, we need to change the people. In this manual, besides going into strategies and methodology for business success, I will aim to help to change the mentality of the business owner in hopes to motivate, inspire, and guide them to take action.
We normally receive information by reading, hearing, or seeing. But we usually only retain 10% of what we read, 20% of what we hear, 30% of what we see, 50% of what we see and hear, and over 80% of what we see, hear, and do. The reason why I am mentioning this is because we are going to go through a lot of information, but all the information will be useless if you do not apply it or take action. My goal is to motivate you to take action and take action immediately in order for you to retain the information that we will review.
To assist in the process of retaining and taking action, this manual was created with a topic or idea and discussion, followed by an action plan for that topic or idea and a timeframe to complete. This pattern will be used to create that retention needed for the information to take effect. You are also encouraged to repeat; repetition is the greatest tool for retaining information.
The manual is designed to be simple so that anyone can follow, and it is broken down in five main areas:
