Introduction

An Explanation of Terms

PRANA ENERGY THERAPY is primarily a method for healing the energy bodies, one which focuses above all on correcting energy imbalances. Blockages and stale, pent-up energy in the energy bodies, found within the physical body, are dissipated spiritually/ energetically. The energy bodies as they radiate beyond the physical body – the so-called Aura – are in this respect treated as a secondary consideration.

You have to assume that all the negative energy that approaches your energy bodies and can establish itself in those places is also going to adversely affect your physical body as the different bodies are in fact interwoven. All the negative information which is then extracted from your energy bodies and thus from your Aura is in the end automatically dispersed.

It’s important that you get through to the core of your inner essence and get yourself back in order. Thus your energy radiance will also change for the better. For this reason these spiritual/energy techniques were developed by the author so that they can interweave right into your inner core within the energy bodies of your physical body and thus include all the energy fields (or Aura) in that energy treatment.

The Function of the Etheric Body

The etheric body is a spiritual likeness of the physical body but many times more subtle and of course much faster moving than the atoms of the physical body. In this body, the life energy – Prana – must be free to flow without blockages along the energy channels (or Nadis) to maintain all the energy body’s functions.

It is also the connective link between the physical body and the other energy bodies (the emotional body, the mental body and the spiritual body).

A purified etheric body lets us perceive the outside world clearly and facilitates awareness of intuitions from the higher bodies. Therefore in this book special attention is paid to this energy body. If you purify the etheric body, it will have positive effects on the physical body and on all the other energy bodies.

The energy treatment of powerful psychic disturbances on the emotional and mental bodies will not be discussed in this book. The first part of the book does however contain some instructions on how you can strengthen yourself quickly on the psychic level, build up a strong energy level and thus counteract most psychic disturbances.

The Significance of the Cleansing Process

The fundamentals of PRANA ENERGY THERAPY are cleansing, dissolution and energization. The most important step however in the implementation of PRANA ENERGY THERAPY is the cleansing process in the contaminated and blocked energy channels in the nine primary energy centers (Chakras) and in the nine important secondary energy centers (Lower Chakras). If these central points are properly freed from congestion, your energy system will automatically draw in fresh life energy (Prana) again and will then be able to follow through on its own self-healing. During the energy cleansing process you will find that the energy bodies residing in the interior of your physical body are much more polluted and blocked than the Aura, located outside the physical body. Our energy systems conduct a non-stop controlled cleansing and energizing process – without any conscious intervention on our parts.

And if this is no longer happening of its own accord, PRANA ENERGY THERAPY can be used either to work on yourself or on another person to keep these operations going.

The advantage of PRANA ENERGY THERAPY is that you don’t have to know the exact course of the multiple energy pathways to be able to exercise a spiritual/energy influence. You just direct a spiritual/energy cleansing toward any affected blocked location and the Prana life force can flow through the energy body again. Thus the self-healing is immediately activated.

This cleansing process causes a rapid release of old energy and clears space for new energy. Because the Prana life energy is a universal energy carrier, your consciousness will always be brought up to date by energy cleansing. At the same time you will undergo consciousness expansion. You will recognize immediately the true basis of your life experiences and get a wider spectrum of perception.

The Human Body using the Analogy of a Transport Network

As I used to work as an administrative officer in road management, I can give you the following example as an illustration – a comparison with the traffic network.

Imagine that your organs are houses, villages and towns that are easily reached by different kinds of roads: motorways, main roads, access roads, etc. The last kind of road is your front driveway that is just like the energy channels leading up to every single cell in your body.

Let’s say that there is a heavy snowstorm and that all the different roads are gradually getting buried under snow. The entire traffic system grinds to a halt and starts to break down further and further, with no more diversions remaining available. Rubbish collection (which is the old, used-up energy) and food delivery (fresh Prana life energy) are no longer possible. Now the residents are in grave danger and at risk of collapse (organ failure). So now the road management authority has two options: They can wait for an improvement in the weather, for rain or a warm breeze. However, this idle standing-by could have a devastating effect on the residents. But in this situation PRANA ENERGY THERAPY acts like the road authority which now decides to clear the streets as quickly as possible using snow plows. Thus the normal traffic flow starts again and everyone is better taken care of.

Potholes and frost damage are normally repaired in the spring. For the traffic then to flow better, the streets are widened, straightened and resurfaced. This can be compared with the energizing procedures in PRANA ENERGY THERAPY.

PRANA ENERGY THERAPY is, then, not the sort of energy method which just sends energy (similar to rain or a warm breeze) but one that acts like traffic management in that it immediately moves away the specific energy blockages.

Good, conscientious highway surveillance is required for the maintenance of the road network, and maintaining or improving your health is even more important. So make regular repairs to any possible imbalances using PRANA ENERGY THERAPY. All the road signs must be followed so no car that might be driving past (which is like Prana moving) causes any damage. So above all, please follow all my recommended safety precautions.

The techniques of PRANA ENERGY THERAPY are like driving a car with automatic transmission: the Prana being used is always automatically adjusted to the correct vibrational frequency needed.

With the Power of the Spirit

PRANA ENERGY THERAPY functions through your spiritual intent and consciousness and not with pure intelligence. You can use intelligence to test the techniques you have applied and their effects. In the shortest time you will though become attuned or clairvoyant and now – both because of these extra-sensory abilities and as the intuitive you are already – you will become aware of how PRANA ENERGY THERAPY works, but this won’t necessarily involve conscious understanding.

But if you are not attuned in quite the same way, you must then trust your intuition as that is the highest extra-sensory capability you have. Don’t force anything; just let go and everything will be activated for you at the most appropriate speed and manner. Your spiritual energy centers (which are the exit and entry gates for spiritual information) will after a short interval start to develop – that is, unfold – and in this way grow bigger. This gives your spiritual power a broader spectrum to work across and also a bigger bandwidth for receiving the incoming effects of phenomena from the outside world. Thus you can connect with something with a greater clarity and objectivity.

This spiritual approach to the realization of your own mind power is in my experience very simple: you are pure perfect consciousness that has always been, is and always will be. This will become clear to you very quickly. So spiritually you must also seek out your center and unite your individual consciousness with the Supreme Consciousness. Then you will find yourself living in the moment and that’s always the way it should be. You won’t be subjected to any kind of appraisal.

The easiest way to grasp this is through the application of PRANA ENERGY THERAPY: time passes in an instant as if there is no such thing as time. In such moments all problems just fall away and you feel completely unburdened and free. Use the power of your spirit that will get stronger daily the more you use it.

Free from Constricting Concepts

With PRANA ENERGY THERAPY there are no rules when it comes to food, drink, stimulants or the way you dress. Just do whatever feels good to you in any particular moment.
