Sexy Metal Men Duo - C.V. Walter
A Distraction
She knelt to put the manuscript away and chilled when she felt his hand on her head. When her father's people had first encountered the humans, they'd been called Medusas
after the long, thin tendrils that cover their heads instead of hair. Made of muscles and nerves, they served her father's people in much the same way that whiskers did cats. It also acted as a secondary sex organ, a deeply erotic place to touch that wasn't done lightly.

You're alone an awful lot, aren't you?
I prefer to work in solitude. There are fewer distractions that way.
Am I a distraction?
He took one of her tendrils in his hand and stroked his way to the end.

The Archivist
Archive station SETI Alpha 9 spun silently in space. It shared its orbit with planet AP-9, known among xenoarcheologists as the Treasure Planet. Planet AP-9 had a slightly irregular orbit around its sun that created living conditions perfect to supportive thriving civilizations, only to shift, destroying all life on the planet. Or so it would seem. Now, there were signs that the plants would be returning and it was the perfect time to comb through the upper crust for signs of the last civilization that had lived there. The shells of great buildings dotted the landscape around dried seas and the latest team of xenoarchealogists had just left the space station for the planet.
Until the next supply ship arrived, probably carrying more archaeologists along with seeds and computers, Corinne was alone in the archives. She was grateful for the solitude,
