I’m TJ Weeks, author of many psychological suspense/thrillers.  I’ve been writing since I was a young child. I guess you could say it’s one of my many passions. I also enjoy music. I love to write lyrics and hear the sounds come to life after the product is done. Kind of like my writing, it all starts with a thought of a character, then after a while of writing you get to learn each character as I have. Even though I write novels, I love to write poetry as well. Outside of writing I served eight years in the military. I served one deployment to Iraq. I did vocals for a band for eighteen years. I also enjoy the outdoors and traveling.

    Acknowledgements

I’d have to say that my wife and kids are my biggest supporters and would have to thank them first and foremost. I’d like to give thanks to all of my fans that have stuck with me throughout the years. I’d also like to take the time to thank my past publisher for sticking with me and understanding the things I’m trying to accomplish. You guys and girls are the best. I couldn’t find a better support if I tried. Thank you!

‘Twas was the night before Christmas and Johnny Valine had always been a firm believer in Christmas. I don’t mean he would just get into the Christmas spirit and put up a few lights. Johnny was twenty-six years old, he had been living out on his own since he was eighteen, however, he still believed in Santa Claus, the eight tiny reindeer, elves building toys for the children around the world and somehow all presents were delivered out in one night.

Every year the day after Thanksgiving, Johnny would put up lights inside and outside of his house that you could see from many blocks away. He would always get the biggest tree he could find.

Johnny was always the type that thought he could catch Santa as he put out all the presents. He was feeling really tired and didn’t want to stay up all night this year, so he decided to booby trap the fireplace, the door and around the tree.

Johnny was confident in his traps so finally decided to head on to bed.

The digital clock flipped 2:01am when Johnny cracked his eyes open. There was no sound to be heard. He set up on the side of his red and green comforter covered bed, slipped on his Christmas tree colored night shoes and stood up. Creeping
