About this ebook
In this book you are going to learn the secrets of sizing up other people instantly. The information in this book has been derived from the work of W. H. Sheldon. Dr. Sheldon was an American psychologist who was innovative in his observation of the difference between body types and temperaments. He researched body shapes and types then related some personality traits to some body types with great accuracy.
Body types were classified by Sheldon into three major types, Ectomorph (thin), Mesomorph (muscular) and Endomorph (fat).
