Do you have fat friends?

Are you the smallest one in your friendship group? Do you constantly bang on about how ‘fat’ you are in front of your plus-size friend(s), or talk negatively about weight and dieting?

Do you talk about your food intake, and speak of ‘good’ foods and ‘naughty’ foods… in front of your fat friends? Do you often bring up the weights and body shapes of celebrities and influencers in front of said friend?

If you answered yes to any of the above, and you have ever spoken negatively of health, food or body shapes in front of them, you may just be an ignorant and inconsiderate friend who may be impacting negatively on your fat friend’s mental health!
