- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I simple guide to help you understand what mindfulness is and how to go about it. For anyone new to mindfulness this is the perfect little book to get you started. Each aspect is explained clearly with lots of tips on how to go about it properly.I will be using the techniques in this book for a long time to come.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5After several false starts on giving this program a try, I finally committed a week to an honest effort. My world did not change completely in that week, but I did feel more in control, or rather, less out of control of my life. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to give a form of meditation a try but previously has been turned off by either the abstract nature of some introductions or the time commitment some require. An excellent introduction and, even if one never does more than what is in this book, a program that can make lasting improvements in your life.
