Reviews for The Other "F" Word
1 rating1 review
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book provides a detailed exploration of failure: how it occurs, why we fear it, how to transform it. Rather than failure being something to fear, Danner and Coopersmith show how to embrace failure as a means to generate learning, growth, and innovation. They provide a seven- stage model for leveraging the positive forces of failure. Throughout the book examples are provided of well-managed failures that led to success and mishandled failures that resulted in the demise of business icons. The authors provide practical methods for avoiding failure, recognizing it earlier, and recovering from it when it does occur. A worthwhile read for anyone who must deal with organizational failures.
