- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I found this book encouraging, as a vegetarian. It's reassuring to know that supplements are not necessary. I picked it up because I am trying to ensure a balanced healthy vegetarian diet. Some of the recipes are interesting, many use off the shelf ingredients available in the US market.
Definitely worth reading if you'd like to know more about vegetarian nutrition.
